Hello. My name is Tom Kelly, the owner of Drucks Sudden Service. Drucks Sudden Service is a one-stop-shop for servicing all the systems in your home or business -- whether plumbing, heating, air conditioning, or electrical. We are a family-run company that has been providing "Home Comfort" to our many customers in Winnebago and Outagamie Counties since 1947.

We are fully licensed (for all three trades), bonded, and insured. You don't receive a bill until you are 100% satisfied and sign off on that. In addition, when we do a repair, we give you a 100% guarantee on parts and labor for a full year. When we do an installation, we give you a 100% guarantee on parts and labor for up to 10 years. We are also proud members of the Better Business Bureau.

We know how busy people are these days, and we respect your time. We schedule appointments in 2-hour windows. If our technicians need to update you on the time, they will call to let you know.

Our technicians drive trucks with our logo on the side. When they arrive at your door, they are dressed in clean uniforms. They further confirm their identity with a business card.

Our technicians give you a guaranteed price in advance and in writing. Their trucks are well-stocked, which avoids extra charges and delays due to driving around to find parts.
